  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.

  • Customized, engraved, and personalized jewelry items are non-returnable.

  • Earrings, for hygiene purposes, are non-returnable unless they are received damaged or defective.

2. Timeframe:

  • You may initiate a return request within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Returns requested after the 30-day period may be considered at the discretion of GenSkin.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package to ensure faster processing.

  • You will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return, except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for choosing a reputable and trackable shipping method for the return.

  • We recommend using an insured shipping service to protect against any loss or damage during transit.

  • GenSkin will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.

5. Refunds:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Customers will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

  • Please note that depending on the payment method and the customer's bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on the account.

6. Exchanges:

  • At this time, GenSkin does not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to exchange a jewelry item you may initiate a return following the guidelines above and place a new order for the desired item separately.

7. International Returns:

  • International customers should note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return package will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • To ensure a smooth return process, customers are advised to clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid any unnecessary customs charges.
